Aermec is a historic company: although its journey in Italy began in 1963, its story started much earlier. The founder, of Italian origin but who lived in Brazil for many years, returned to Italy only in 1922, where he began designing the first prototypes.
In 1961, he founded the first brand related to air conditioners, which he later turned into Aermec two years later.
With a catalog ranging from small air conditioners to large industrial systems, the company is currently the leading Italian brand in the industry and also a leader in customer service.
At 50 years since its founding, it was only natural to celebrate its growth and strong presence in the international market.
But how do you build the best corporate events? And why do it?
Beyond the significant image return, especially when it comes to internal celebrations, it’s important to continue maintaining the family-like atmosphere of the company even with its employees.
When organizing an event, one of the main things to decide is the choice of location, as well as determining whether temporary structures and coverings are needed.
Certainly, this is a job that not everyone can handle! It requires skills in organization, precision, timeliness, and, most importantly, problem-solving. The structure used for Aermec’s corporate anniversary celebration was set up in Bevilacqua (Verona), near the company’s plant.
A tent structure was required as coverage for the company’s 50th anniversary event, to be set up in a space adjacent to the company.
The ideal solution was a modular warehouse with flooring, with a scenic setup along the long side and 500 seats for all the guests and employees.
We designed and created a set that highlighted the stage while avoiding the typical “festival” effect that such modular structures, which are economical but essential, can sometimes create.
We also made sure to arrange everything necessary to ensure comfort within the structure, managing seating spaces and harmonizing the entire tent.
For the overall management of the day, our audio and lighting services and technical support for the direction were essential. Speakers, musicians, and a choir took the stage, so having skilled and reliable technicians and sound engineers was necessary for this type of event.
Although it was a daytime event, the lights were useful for perfectly illuminating the stage and for excellent video recordings.
