Dorel chose us for its event dedicated to Italian dealers for the launch of the Maxi-Cosi line. This multinational company specializes in products for children aged 0 to 12 years, and they wanted to organize a day combining relaxation and fun with product showcasing.
At Staff Millennium, we began designing an event that would combine fun with the presentation of new products. Maxi-Cosi has a line of car seats, and from this, we had the idea to organize a day at the racetrack with supercars. We worked creatively, and Dorel entrusted us with organizing their event because we were able to understand their needs, as well as their desires. The final proposal was unexpected and hit the mark perfectly.
We selected the best location, took care of organizing the event, handling the paperwork, and managing the audio system. Finally, we created a photo service and a video to capture the key moments of the event.

La nostra proposta è stata quella di organizzare una giornata in pista al Circuito di Arese per portare i dealer a guidare delle supercar, affiancati da istruttori di guida.
Abbiamo noleggiato 3 Ferrari e 1 Lamborghini.
The event was attended by 100 people from all over Italy.
Our proposal was to organize a day at the Arese Circuit to allow the dealers to drive supercars, accompanied by driving instructors.
We rented 3 Ferraris and 1 Lamborghini.
As the event agency, we handled all the bureaucratic aspects with the circuit, taking care of all necessary permits and contracts for the event’s realization.
However, the client also requested an expo area for the products.
The Daytona Hall at the Arese Circuit was set up as the expo area, where the multinational and dealers could meet and sign new contracts.
To make the event more enjoyable, we handled the audio system for the music.
We chose and hired the best local catering service to meet the client’s requirements and provide food and service of the highest quality. This was possible because, as an event agency in Milan, we know the best suppliers in the area.
We also provided professional photographers and videographers who captured the most important moments, positioning themselves on the track and using a drone to get spectacular shots.
