Telematic Solutions, an aerospace company specializing in rocket launch coolers, contacted us to organize the event celebrating the 10th anniversary of their office in Italy.
It is a dynamic, youthful company, primarily made up of programmers and engineers.
For their anniversary, they wanted a location for the corporate convention and team building activities to be held together.
For the corporate convention, we suggested the TH Lazise – Hotel Parchi del Garda, located in the province of Verona. The hotel is situated near the shores of the lake, surrounded by greenery, and is very elegant, with several conference rooms equipped for congresses.
We took care of creating the scenic designs requested by the client to align the room with their brand and set the right mood for the event.
We also installed the necessary audio, lighting, and video systems to create the right atmosphere.
During the event, we managed the direction, following the schedule established with the client, and everything went smoothly.
We handled everything ourselves, but the strong rapport we built with the Telematic Solutions team played an important role, as there was always excellent communication.

We organized a gala dinner at Cantine Monteci, a very elegant and renowned winery in the Valpolicella region, one of Italy’s most famous wine-producing areas.
The evening was filled with harmony as participants enjoyed singing karaoke and dancing.
The following day, we had the second team building activity. Since we were in the Lake Garda area, and the client wanted fun activities for the team, we proposed a day at Gardaland, which the client enthusiastically accepted.
