For Andrew & Sax, once again, we were in charge of organizing their annual company convention, held each year in a different location.
The partnership has once again manifested in a collaboration that involved us in the creation of a significant event. At the company convention, they usually present the results of the past year, celebrate achievements, and set objectives for the future.
This mood needed to be expressed not only in the words of the participants but also in the overall atmosphere. For this reason, the event’s organization had to follow a specific theme, which, in this case, was related to the concept of evolution and revolution.
This common thread was expressed in all the elements we were responsible for, from the setups to the emotional video created, through expert direction and professional service.
An all-inclusive package that allowed our clients to focus solely on the initial brief, from which we interpreted their desires and needs and translated them into something tangible.
It was essential to create a coordinated image for the event that differed from the company’s but still referenced it. Therefore, we opted for a mood inspired by fire, with vivid colors and animations capable of graphically conveying the idea of revolution, which was at the heart of the event.
Of course, an event isn’t just made of images but also of material needs. This is why, in organizing the convention, we also took care of sourcing everything necessary: carpets, chairs, LED walls, stages, podiums, and much more.
Additionally, we were personally responsible for the direction and service, ensuring the smooth execution of the event, both in terms of timing and the proper functioning of audio, video, and lighting.
Finally, we also contributed artistically by creating the corporate video, both graphically and content-wise.
