Organizing the Winter Military Championships in Val d’Aosta was a challenge that excited us from the start. It was an honor to be chosen to organize an international event.
Our work focused on setups and filming, but also on managing the audio and video broadcast production. Let’s take a closer look at what we did.
For the ceremony, we set up a stage with coverage, as it was an outdoor event in winter. The square was decorated with international flags, banners, signage, and carpeted throughout.
The goal was to transform Piazza Émile Chanoux in Aosta into a place that conveyed the aesthetic of the sports event and the efficiency of the military corps.
We took care of all the technical aspects of the event, starting with amplifying the ceremony in the square and lighting the stage.
In addition to managing institutional speeches, our team was responsible for playing musical contributions during the event.
With our cameras, we captured everything happening in the square. Through radio links and video direction, we broadcasted the event on the ledwall set up in the square, allowing the audience to view the parade of participating nations.
The Military World Championships in Aosta took place across all the ski stations in the Aosta Valley region and was an international event, attracting people from all around the world.
